Where do I ship to and how long does it take?

I can ship internationally from Australia. Please get in touch via email if you would like a quote of sending an original artwork overseas.

Print orders are custom printed on demand with “House of Print” in Hepburn, VICTORIA and dispatched within 7 days. Shipping times will vary depending on location and subject to Australia Post and or the courier used. Please get in touch if you have concerns regarding your order.

Original artwork will be packaged and sent within 7 days from Ballarat, VICTORIA. You will be notified of tracking details upon dispatch.

If you would like to arrange pickup in Ballarat, you can select this option at check out.

What if I change my mind?

Due to the sensitive nature of transporting original artwork, prints and merchandise, returns and exchanges are not offered simply for change of mind.

We do our best to accurately represent the artwork and prints with photos and colours however there may be slight variations in the colours seen on your computer or screen device from the actual product.

What if my prints or artwork arrive damaged?

All artwork and merchandise is handled with the utmost care during the printing and packaging process. In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside as well as the shipping label.

Original Artwork will be carefully wrapped and packaged and encased in sturdy cardboard and bubble wrap.

Do you do commissions?

At this stage I am not offering commissions but will be looking to do them in the future.

What paper do the prints come on?

I have carefully selected certain paper for each of my artworks as this is what they look best on. In each print description I have stated which paper from the below your print will come on.

  • Smooth Cotton Rag - which offers a beautiful and smooth matte finish.

  • Smooth Pearl Luster - sheen like a photograph but less glare than a glossy paper.
